On March 13th 2008 the EBC*L was introduced to the Lagos education market as being the first certificate of managerial core competences in Nigeria. Having attended a press conference and the official opening launch the participants – some of them representing famous Nigerian universities – affirmed that EBC*L could be a great chance for Nigeria not least for “quality assurance in education” and the local dissemination of entrepreneurship. Being part of the remarkable event Victor Mihalic CEO of EBC*L International characterizes the EBC*L launch as raving success.
