In March 2008 the first Regional Meeting was held on the Balkan. The Macedonian national representative office of EBC*L invited delegates from EBC*L offices in Albania, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia to the meeting in order to exchange experiences and to enhance cooperation for the sake of successful EBC*L activities on the Balkan.
